Prior to purchasing any property, we encourage you to contact us for a site evaluation. Historically, property owners have encountered significant expenses related to a septic system or installing water and electrical services, particularly in newly developed subdivisions.
We maintain strong relationships with local licensed plumbers, electricians and contractors who specialize in affordable carports, concrete work and the construction of pole barns, metal buildings and homes, ensuring quality and efficiency for our clients’ projects.
We have excellent communication channels with the Health Department, Water Company, and Tri-County Electric.
